Finally I saw this marlin statue, this landmark is always featured in Cebu Pacifics’ Smile Magazine and this is just located beside the harbor bay.

KK also has huge malls and one of this is SURIA SABAH, its a massive 8 storey but not all shops are open, there are still plenty of vacant stalls but some big brands have opened in this mall. At the top floor, it is where their cinema is located.

Beside Suria Sabah is Jesselton Point, the gate to the different islands in KK. The city also boasts white sand beaches and excellent dive sites but for me this time, I dont feel a need to hit the beach.

Malaysians really love football, they have an indoor football gym at Jesselton Point. Photobucket Photobucket

I hope we also have this facility in the Philippines, those kids really looked they have fun.

Another attraction in KK is their mosque and they have 2 beautiful mosque in the city but since Im not fan of churches and mosque, I paid a visit to one mosque called the CITY MOSQUE, it is a mosque which is sorrounded by water.

How to get here from KK City Center.

1. Take a bus from a bus stop that goes to WAWASAN TERMINAL. (RM0.5) Photobucket Photobucket

2. Take a bus going to UMS or University Malaysia Sabah. Tell the driver to drop you at the mosque. (RM2)
