Last night storm was really strong, while I was inside my hotel room I felt very nervous because it felt like the storm is making the waves go higher and might create huge waves but thankfully when I woke up, I was welcomed by a beautiful sunshine, perfect day for surfing but unfortunately there were no surfers around.

For a non-surfer, Siargao can be a bit boring. I mean, the beach is great but there are many beaches around the country that has more life to it. To add, Siargao for me is a tourist trap– transportation to GL town is difficult and expensive then meals here are expensive especially at Th Boardwalk but it was delicious.

Since I already tried surfing and been swimming all day, I got bored and decided to go to Surigao. There are 2 trips to Surigao everyday, one is at 6am using a barge and at 11am using fast crapt, both costs P200 one way that runs a total of 2 hours.
