Close to my apartment here in Davao is one the city’s most visited tourist destination, Davao Crocodile Park. It has been over a decade since I visited this place and finally last week I had the chance to revisit it once again and discover new things on what holds this famous attraction.

Davao Crocodile Park is located at Davao Riverfront Complex along Diversion Road. Some attractions on this complex are Zorb Park, Butterfly House and Tribu K’ Mindawan. I decided to check out Tribu K’ Mindanawan first before entering the Croc Park. It is an indigenous village where it  displays different tribal houses found in Mindanao and it comes to show that Mindano has a rich cultural background. Few interesting houses were from Mansaka Tribe where they build tree houses.

When visiting here, make sure to buy mosquito repellant because this place feels like a breeding ground for mosquitos.

Tribu K has cultural presentations at night as well, i think we availed of a package that includes a visit to the crocodile park, butterfly garden and tribu K, the fire dance at night was very impressive :)

The Tribu K’Mindanawan was really fantastic. :D I heard from them that they’re one of the finalist in Pilipinas Got Talent :)
