Today, there are still many youths who does not own a bible. I can see some youths bringing a small pocketsized New Testament bible in the church and I can feel that they are very interested in reading the Word of God but does not have a complete bible with the Old and New Testaments maybe because of financial constraints. The cheapest Bible is the New Living Translation (NLT) version at National Bookstore which I have owned 1 for only less than P200. Its a great bible especially for devotional, the english is well understood for Filipino readers and the text are larger compared to other bibles.
I just thought of a project that would really help the youth or young people to know more about Jesus through his word the Bible. If anyone of you out there in the world, if you have extra or unused bible, you can store it in your shelf or donate it to someone else who is eagerly wants to read it. In this way, the gospel will be spread through out the world. Isn’t it great?
