It was already 5:30 when I woke up at Sugbutel, without any bathroom break not even have time to brush my teeth, I immediately packed my things up and rushed to Cebu South Terminal to catch a bus to Liloan, Santader, the southernmost town of Cebu Island hopefully to catch a bus. Luckily, I arrived just on time at 6:00am, the Ceres bus was about to leave and was full of passengers.
The trip was about 3-4 hours because of the stops from different stations, if only I was early I should have catched the 1st trip or the direct trip to Liloan. But anyway, I slept the whole trip until the bus conductor rose me when we reached to our destination. One way ticket costs P155.
Upon arrving at Liloan Port, we have to again wait for a small ferry boat to cross the sea to Sibulan Port. Sibulan is the nearby town of Dumaguete. Santander Shipping Lines runs a fastferry to Sibulan, they have regular schedules upto 6 rimes a day and the last trip is 7:30pm. The ride will cost you P62 includes terminal fee. There is a small canteen and clean toilet around.
The whole trip runs about 20-30 minutes only. When you reach Sibulan Port, there are multicabs or local calls it Easyrides to Dumaguete at P10 one way.
Im so exicted for my Dumaguete and Negros Oriental Adventures!
@cebuphil - yes, its a lot cheaper than oceanjet

I have made the trip between Cebu and Dumaguete many times. The bus and boat combination is definitely the cheapest. Actually, almost the same time as the Supercat!
