BIG problem

This is such a bad day, I accidentally bumped my car and a medium to large sized scar appears, my door kbob was really damaged and worst of all, there's a mild depression (nalumping) on my door. Im so stupid it happened to me. What shall I do? Shall I tell this to my mom, for sure Im grounded for the rest of my life. 

Anyone knows the policy for car insurance?
